Trane has been an HVAC innovator for over a century, but its brand has become somewhat out of reach. The challenge was to make this premium brand more relatable on social media. By creating engaging, lo-fi content featuring Tyler, a quirky HVAC expert, we leaned into the cheekiness that the name of the town where Trane units are manufactured is called Tyler, TX.
